At Five Star Jewelers, we believe in offering our customers an exceptional online shopping experience, not just through our exquisite collection but also with our seamless shipping and easy returns.
Shipping Processing Time
While most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, there are certain items that require 5 to 7 business days to process. For a custom ordered items such as Cuban Link chains or bracelets, please allow 2-4 weeks to process your order as these items are handmade and unique. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, there may be slight delays in shipping. Should your order experience a significant delay, we will keep you informed via email or telephone.
Shipping rates for your order will be determined at checkout. Generally, shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS Standard Overnight.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Upon delivery, an adult signature is required for all purchases, irrespective of any prior signature waivers with the carrier. This policy ensures the secure receipt of your order.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Currently, our shipping services extend only within the 48 contiguous United States. Regrettably, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, any international locations, or P.O. boxes.
Returns and Cancellations
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At Five Star Jewelers, we value your satisfaction. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a store credit or exchange. At our discretion and on a case-by-case basis, we may refund your money with a restocking fee of 20%. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Returns must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. Return shipping and insurance costs are covered by the customer.
To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in the same condition as when initially received. All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, with the security jewelry tag undamaged and still attached. Additionally, any proof of purchase or receipt must be included. We also require any documentation (warranty, lab report, accessories, product packaging, etc.) received with the item to be returned as well.

Return Process

At Five Star Jewelers, we pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want to ensure that your satisfaction matches the standard of our jewelry. However, we understand there might be instances when a purchase does not meet your expectations, and in such circumstances, we're committed to assisting you and making the situation right.
Online purchases cannot be returned in stores.
- Please do not remove the tag from the item. If the tag is removed, the item becomes ineligible for return.
- You have 5 business days from the date of receipt to contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- After obtaining the RMA number, you have an additional 5 business days to ship the item back to us. Returns will not be accepted beyond this period.
- Please note that return shipping and insurance costs are to be covered by the customer.
- Custom and special orders are final and not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check. Following this, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damaged or Lost In Transit
Five Star Jewelers bears no responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier directly to initiate a claim.
Ensure you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as these are typically required when filing a claim.
